You may use information on FireWire Depot products and services (such as data sheets, knowledge base articles, and similar materials) purposely made available by FireWire Depot for downloading from the Site, provided that you (1) not remove any proprietary notice language in all copies of such documents, (2) use such information only for your personal, non-commercial informational purpose and do not copy or post such information on any networked computer or broadcast it in any media, (3) make no modifications to any such information, and (4) not make any additional representations or warranties relating to such documents.

Transactions between you and FireWire Depot shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and Georgia without regard to the laws regarding conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. We reserve the right to decline doing business with certain parties and companies.

This agreement, the policies printed on the FireWire Depot fwdepot.com web site, and the policies, terms and conditions stated on the applicable FireWire Depot invoice or packing slip, constitute the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter herein, and cannot be modified except in a written agreement signed by both parties.
